    Την έχω χρησιμοποιήσει μια φορά για να κάνω κέικ και η εντύπωσή μου είναι πολύ καλή.
    Βασικά ξεκίνησα το χτύπημα του βουτύρου με τον αναδευτήρα (ασπραδιών) με αποτέλεσμα να μην έχει χτυπηθεί σωστά το βούτυρο με τη ζάχαρη.
    Όταν άλλαξα κι έβαλα τον αναδευτήρα για τα μείγματα (κέικ κλπ) το αποτέλεσμα ήταν καταπληκτικό. Το κέικ έγινε πολύ αφράτο.
    Εν καιρώ θα επανέλθω αν προκύψει κάτι ή χρειάζεται να αναφέρω κάτι που ίσως βοηθήσει μελλοντικούς αγοραστές.
