The TP-Link RE450 connects wirelessly and wired to the router, enhancing and extending its signal to areas it cannot reach on its own, achieving a speed of 1.75Gbps with a range of up to 900 square meters.
The RE450 from TP-Link comes with next-generation Wi-Fi technology 802.11AC, which is 3 times faster than 802.11n speeds. The RE450 provides fast dual-band Wi-Fi speeds of up to 1.75Gbps, offering reliable connections for tasks such as HD/4K streaming, lag-free gaming, and large file downloads.
By pressing the WPS button on the router and the RE button on the RE450 within two minutes, they will connect to each other. Once the connection is made, you can move the RE450 to the location you have chosen for the best signal transmission.
The intelligent signal indicator reads the signal strength from the router to help you place the RE450 in the ideal position

When it works, it is good. But it has many disconnections. With the company, you can't get anywhere, and so I put it aside many years ago because I couldn't get anywhere with the service. (The courier costs are paid by the buyer). Now that I needed an extender again, I bought a Tenda and found my peace.
I use it to transfer the internet from the router 25 meters away and it seems to be working well so far, from my hundred I get around 25 to 30, it covers me so far, I recommend it although it is a bit expensive, it is huge, it is very big, it has perforated points and is ventilated and does not heat up like the 200 series heats up but much less, it is far better than the 300 series, I will also try the 500 series and will compare and will get back to you, this one is model 450 version 4 because I don't sleep on what the 200 and 300 series are, it is much better, I don't know if the 500 is even better, I will try it because I am interested in many meters in length, if someone wants it for inside the house for the apartment it is enough and the 300 series and the 200 I wouldn't recommend because they overheat too much and at times it goes out and disconnects. I WILL GET BACK AFTER A FEW DAYS, ITS RANGE IS ASTRONOMICAL, PLACED ON A BALCONY OF A 6-FLOOR APARTMENT BUILDING WITH WIFI HUNDRED, IT PROVIDES POWER AT 100 METERS!!!!! AT THE FIVE HERTZ FREQUENCY 25 AND AT 2.4 9 FANTASTIC!!!!!!
It is approximately 5-6 meters away from the router, with 2 walls in front, and sometimes it catches but loses the ball and the ring turns red. I still haven't figured out what affects it. Then, there are another three meters of Ethernet cable connected to a desktop computer. The only problem I have is with my internet because I have windsimply fi, not a stable ADSL or VDSL line. I play Rocket League and my ping is fine, but sometimes I lose it and have packet loss...
Easy installation and good application on mobile, worth its money. I expected it to be a bit smaller in size but it's not an issue. It can be used for extending wifi and for making an old router without wifi transmit wirelessly. I haven't tried any other, maybe even with a cheaper one, to do the same job...
Bought a while ago for 54 euros on sale. Finally, we have internet on all floors (2) and with very good speeds. Easy and fast installation. Also, a very good mobile application for various settings.
Let's do a firmware update every now and then, huh? The original one was terrible but now it can even become an access point through the LAN... Very good. You can program it to sleep when you sleep so you don't get exposed to radiation. Also, the antenna's intensity level is adjustable. Sweet.
It is very good! It could be a little cheaper, although I don't really care about that. I want to do my job properly and without any issues. It provided me with good speed with my VDSL as well
I have it for over 1 year and I use it daily. It greatly helps in boosting the signal, but it has partial incompatibility with my hol's VDSL router. If you don't assign a static IP to the devices that work with it, it doesn't automatically connect. I hope they fix this in a future firmware update.
