The child may have difficulty at first until they learn how to open it, rotating it to reveal the straw, always and only towards one side! Optically very good quality, however it does not open at all, it does not unbutton easily... very user-unfriendly.
You need to have immense finger strength to press the two ears of the lid.

It has endured many falls so far and the little one drinks comfortably. If it is turned upside down, drops fall and that's why it loses one star.

We have had this product for about 2 months with daily use for my little one's school. I have not been satisfied because with the first drop on the FLOOR, the outer plastic broke, the straw got cut, it does not keep the water cool as advertised, and my little one struggles a lot to open it. Overall, I do not recommend it.

The straw is tragic!!! It is very thick and makes it difficult for children to drink. Also, it is very difficult to clean it well.

I have had it for 4 years and it hasn't had any issues apart from the normal wear and tear it could have externally, such as scratches. My straw has been cut twice, but I consider it reasonable since I change the nipples of the baby bottles every 6 months at least.

It has fallen countless times and hasn't suffered any damage!

Replacement straws with cleaning brush are available (2 pieces/pack) and need to be changed regularly!

I consider it to be one of the very good products because:
1) Within 6 months of daily use, it has endured countless falls and still holds up.
2) It has a perfect fit so that there are no leaks.
3) It has a good safety system so that a child cannot open it.
4) It doesn't have a smell, unlike its new series with the penguins.
The only negative thing is that once the little ones start teething, they can damage the straw in the part that sticks out from the cup.
Overall, it is recommended without hesitation.
