I've had it for 7 years. Something broke in the first month of its operation at the base, they replaced it under warranty, and then it lasted me 7 years. Good coffee with crema as long as you pull it for about 2 seconds before it froths.

In the trash, problematic device. It turns off and on whenever it feels like it. It cooks the fish on your lips, coffee is difficult.

One day without it, it dropped the escape relay without even turning it on (the O/I switch), just by touching the brick to the base. Dangerous product for anyone who doesn't have a relay. I threw it away...

I bought two Morris briquettes. The second one was for my country house. Although at first they had no problems, after a short period of less than a year, both of them had issues. They didn't heat up the coffee and after trying with plain water to see if they were working, I realized that they didn't even heat up the water. Definitely a problem with the thermostat. I sent one of them to the dealership in Thessaloniki along with the warranty, and they sent it back to me saying that it was working properly. Very wrong and expensive purchase. I do not recommend it at all.

It shows good construction but the coffee's boiling stops before it has a chance to foam and the cream is burnt, resulting in the coffee being tasteless. One star because it doesn't do its job for which it was made, it only makes garbage and I can't bypass the faulty thermostat

I have bought it 3 times, one as a gift. And in all 3 cases, the thermostat works for a few months and then starts boiling the coffee, so the automation is not an advantage: one has to sit on top and watch to prevent spills.

One year later and suddenly it broke. There are so many cheap devices and I chose a more expensive one for better quality. Disappointed

After one week it broke, it didn't brew the coffee.. and the problems started, in total within 1 year I have taken it 4 times.. the most useless construction I have ever encountered!!

The handle is loose, I can't find a screw to tighten it. The switch broke in less than a year. The thermostat started to turn off without even heating the coffee. I'm expecting the worst... Update after 3 and a half years, perfect operation, only the switch broke which I replaced

I rated it five out of five, but I think you should know a few things before purchasing. I don't say this as disadvantages or advantages. It's up to how one sees it.
- The cable is only 53 centimeters.
- About halfway up the container, there is a MAX indication that corresponds to 230 ml. The manual states that you should fill it only up to that point, otherwise, it may overflow during boiling. However, in practice, I fill it almost to the top without any problem.
- The boiling stops automatically. If you want the coffee to boil and bubble, you won't be able to do that.

UPD:
It worked quite well for 5 years. Except for the fact that once or twice a month the thermostat didn't work properly and the coffee "escaped."
Eventually, a small plastic piece of the start button broke, and the pot stopped working.
For the price it is now, compared to when I bought it, I definitely wouldn't choose it again.

I consider the thermostat to be a double-edged sword. On one hand, it prevents the coffee from spilling, but on the other hand, Greek coffee needs a longer boiling time for a good foam and better taste. And at this point, the thermostat is an obstacle, without the option to bypass or deactivate it.

Other than that, the device works fine and makes the coffee quickly, which can be considered acceptable overall. For those who are looking for quick preparation without particular "fancy" requirements, it is a good choice.

It has a large capacity, it is very fast, and it makes very good coffee. The system it has to close when the coffee is ready and to avoid overflow unfortunately does not always work.

The product solves your hands! It is the only one I found with an overflow prevention function, meaning even if you forget about the coffee for 20 minutes, it won't spill! Very clever and useful function! The coffee is made in 2-3 minutes and it tastes like the delicious one my grandma makes in the traditional way.. Also, when the coffee is ready, the device automatically shuts off to save electricity! Very good choice
