I bought it mainly for my neck, but it was impossible to adjust it. It does something for the waist and back. Conclusion: I wasted 72 euros - and meanwhile, the price dropped at the store where I bought it. In short, I messed up.
Compared to an amazing Medisana that I had for years, I consider this purchase a failure.
