I saw results from the very first use. It also removes excessive oiliness, and even on the third day, my hair has no oiliness at all. TIPS for it to work properly: firstly, it requires 2 washes, in the first one, gently massage with a very small amount and rinse, and in the second one, leave it on for 2 minutes to take effect (NOT LONGER, as it contains strong ingredients that can cause irritation if left on for longer, thus creating a bigger problem). Secondly, do not vigorously rub your scalp (in general, with any product), just create lather and let it spread everywhere, rubbing it only makes it worse. Thirdly, use a conditioner afterwards like ALL shampoos! (but never on the roots). Fourthly, use it for only one month (as stated on the packaging), then switch shampoos and use it again if the problem reoccurs. Generally, the skin with dandruff, dryness, psoriasis, etc., gets used to the shampoo and after a certain point, it simply does nothing, so it's good to have found 2-3 shampoos that work for you and switch them every now and then. Lastly, in general, read the instructions provided by the products because in general, we use most of them incorrectly and then say "it doesn't work for me" (okay, of course, a product may not suit you, though).

  I don't want to give it one star and ruin its rating because it is a product that helps people... however, guys, I can't stand the smell at all... and I don't generally consider myself a strange person when it comes to smells... but this smell, for some reason, is one of the worst smells I've ever encountered in my life...   Having seborrheic dermatitis since I was 15, I am now 46, I have tried EVERYTHING, only the SELSUN 2.5% selenium sulfide has eliminated it.
  Now I went to a dermatologist.. the instructions are, first wash with regular shampoo scrubbing and rinsing to remove the flakes and scales, second wash with medicated shampoo to leave for 4-5 minutes and if necessary a 3rd wash...
  Shampoo, alternating 3-4 different ones like VICHY DERCOS PSOLUTION, the next VICHY DERCOS for dandruff and oily hair, 3rd day the IONIL (tar-based), 4th day the BIODERMA NODE DS and then 1 day nothing to let the scalp rest... also the ADVANDAN lotion helps, not for me, I prefer the BETNOVADE liquid but it's for 1-2 times a week.. also ointments FINICORTE and BETNOVADE.. seborrheic dermatitis requires a PROGRAM, you should know that for example Echinacea worsens it or CLA, whenever I took it I got much worse.
  When you see something and it dries out your scalp, reject it and go for another one, for example, BIONATAR, DUCRAY KELUAL, FUNGORAL etc. do nothing for me, they worsen it, while others help.
  I hope I helped you guys even a little...
  There is no definitive cure for the condition, you live with it, you just keep it under control.

  For 3 years, I used a Renex Plus recommended by my dermatologist due to dry scalp, and for the last 1.5 years, it stopped working for me. My wife suggested this particular shampoo in March, and it has truly saved me. I've been using it since March 24 until today, and since then, I haven't seen ANY dry scalp at all.

  I don't even care about the scent; if the shampoo works, the scent will be the least of my concerns.

  I've seen reviews here saying it works wonders for some (like me) and for others, it doesn't work at all, and for some, it's worse than before they used the shampoo. Of course, the shampoo isn't for everyone; some will see results, and some won't. Personally, I see a huge result. My hair no longer has dry scalp like before, it doesn't itch like it used to, and I'm generally satisfied.

  If you're thinking about getting it, I suggest you try it for, say, 1 or 2 weeks and see if it works. I saw results from the first wash with this shampoo. From there on, the decision is yours.

  Now, okay, the shampoo won't be the permanent solution for the next 10 years, I know that. Just like the Renex Plus I had, my hair got used to the shampoo, and the same will happen with Vichy in a few months.
