Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful?The Nacet blades were a pleasant surprise for me. While they are not very aggressive, they are incredibly gentle on the face. They allow for bold shaves in areas of my face where I usually get cuts and irritation with other blades. They allow me to go against the grain almost all over my face, which is difficult with other blades. The end result is a very close shave that lasts one day longer than usual. Also, with the Nacet blades, I can comfortably shave at night and go to work the next morning. For even better results, use any pre-shave product.
The rating that follows is based on the following data: I have tough facial hair and shave every 2nd or 3rd day, I always use pre-shave and use tallow-based soaps. The razor is a Merkur Slant 39c.
Aggressiveness/Sharpness: 7/10
Smoothness*: 10/10
Sharpness Duration**: Up to 3 of my shaves.* I evaluate smoothness based on how smooth the blade feels during shaving (if the blade doesn't stick or tug on hairs, then it is smooth). I do not evaluate the smoothness of the end result since with traditional shaving, you can always achieve smooth skin (BBS).
