As completely disappointed, I searched online and decided to buy this double eye as it is advertised as a very powerful European etc. It would only fry in a balcony space. So I bought it about 6 months ago. Result: It doesn't fry anything, neither potatoes nor fish, everything melts. It didn't even boil. We talk about it and send it within the warranty. They send it back and said they adjusted the thermostats. We turn it on and the big eye does show a change while the small one worked for 2 minutes and then stopped. We send it back again and asked for a product replacement. So today it came again (in a terrible packaging both times) and they say it needs a thermal replacement. I don't know how it works, it makes me want to throw it out of frustration.

Did you find this review helpful?Very good, I have been using it for almost a year, it heats up the burners much faster than the corresponding ceramic ones. The surface cleans very easily and leaves no marks.
The only drawback is that the actual dimensions of the burners are smaller than those mentioned, meaning it does not cover the entire surface of the burner.
