5 stars is not enough for the service provided by the people. The lock of the motorcycle I bought 1.5 years ago, at some point stopped working due to humidity, a problem that was solved with a little lubrication. I simply asked them how long the product has a warranty, and they not only replied to me the next day, but they also called me on the phone to investigate my problem. I told them that I solved it with a little lubrication, and to compensate me for my inconvenience, they sent me another lock for free and did not ask me to return my own!! In fact, along with the lock, they also sent me a WD40 spray with silicone to lubricate it in the future!! I truly bow to such service that I have never encountered in my 67 years of life. Many, many congratulations to the people and the company. From now on, I will be a permanent customer of theirs.
