The result of the coffee is amazing. Of course, you will need to invest time to achieve the result you want, as it will not come in a day since there are several factors at play. With enthusiasm, a grinder, and coffee beans of your choice, you can have much better coffee than the stuff they sell outside.
I had aluminum for years and I got the stainless steel. I have had it for about two months and I am quite satisfied; in my opinion, it is worth the difference in price.
Perfect! I preferred it because it is stainless steel and not aluminum. Aluminum is not the best material when heated.
I am very satisfied with the Pezzetti Steelexpress *2cups* Inox Silver (I always drink double espresso). Stylish coffee pot, without aluminum, prepares coffee - naturally without foam - in 1' on the gas stove. For those who prefer their coffee *very* hot, after serving we can put the cup with the coffee in the microwave for 15" to 30".
Although I don't have much experience in drinking mocha coffee, I enjoy it very much and it is a great travel solution. It has already paid for itself and seems quite sturdy, so I think it will last for years. It also came with a spare silicone gasket. It works on an induction stove. I think this size (4) or the slightly smaller one (3) is okay, but the immediately larger one (6) is too big.
It is a bit difficult to evaluate because it depends solely on what you want it for. If you want it to make espresso like espresso machines, then it DOES NOT do it, so 1 star. If, on the other hand, you want it to drink a coffee like filter coffee, then it does it perfectly, so maybe it deserves 5 stars. As for frothing, forget about it (see the photo). Of course, I'm not bothered by the fact that it doesn't froth, it's just that the taste doesn't come close to espresso from machines, so keep that in mind if you think you'll spend 25 euros and get the same result. Otherwise, if you don't mind and just want to drink a coffee quickly, even like this, it's an economical choice. I imagine that most briki of this kind will produce the same result in coffee.
A lifesaver for cases like mine where there is no space for an espresso machine or for someone who wants an espresso without all the mess of a machine (cleaning, steam release, etc.). I bought the briki mainly because I was desperately missing my freddo! And in the end... it worked! Finally, I can make a proper freddo at home (with Nespresso, I experienced the ultimate failure).
*Small tip for freddo: Get the blue Lavazza (crema e gusto), even though Oro is considered a better coffee. The blue one brings out the "bitterness" that we know from freddo espresso.
**The most important thing (again for freddo): Be careful not to let all the water come out in the briki (because the coffee will become too diluted and with the ice in the glass, it will become... watery).
With the 2-cup briki, you get a relatively small freddo. I also bought the 4-cup one for more... extra situations.
It may not produce froth like professional machines or capsule machines, but it makes delicious coffee and fits on all stovetops. I am very satisfied!
Sturdy and with a nice design. It brews coffee in 4-5 minutes (no need for hot water) and, I believe, with a cleaner taste than (good) aluminum ones. Pay attention to the water: first in the upper container (below the valve) and then put it in the base! I have been using it for 1 year and I am completely satisfied. It is easily kept clean.
It is not made of aluminum (which can create health problems), it is a very good device made of steel with a nice design and makes high-quality coffee.
The coffee pot is not for 2 people, not even close!! It can't hold more than a single serving.. but otherwise, it's perfect for one person
What you pay is what you get, they say, and it's true.
I had bought a 5 euro coffee pot and made my coffee thinking that's how it should work. Cracks during boiling, even though I had the fire low on the stove.
When I got the Pezzetti Steelexpress 4 cups, I saw the night and day.
Smooth coffee extraction and proper boiling.
I highly recommend it.
Very good. Excellent, I would say. The moca it offers is quite tasty.

I didn't like the result in the taste and body of the coffee.
