Blend of the estate's best vineyards, 44 years old, certified organic. Intense aromas of fresh black and red forest fruits, violets, herbs, and elegant vegetal notes.

On the palate, the acidity is high, with robust yet rounded tannins, for the Earth and Sky that matured in 500lt second and third use French oak barrels for 18 months.
