Good... but. A big but. The container broke twice. I replaced it once, but I won't send it again. It melts from the temperature. I wouldn't buy it again.

It broke immediately after the first application. It arrived dirty, damaged, with a broken cap on the water container.
For as long as it worked, it had a very short steam production duration.
If it lasted 3-5 uses, I might have said that it was worth it.

I love it! It has been accompanying me for years.. I use it before applying the mask... It opens the pores very well

For its price, it is quite good, I would recommend it. Its only negatives are that the container is quite small (its duration is about ten minutes) and you have to sit quite close to it for the steam to come up to you, resulting in it not covering the entire face.

After the first use, when I tried to unscrew the lid of the measuring cup that holds the water, it broke completely, fake.

Very good product, very user-friendly, it does its job very well without burning the face, highly recommended
