The Dr Green series is ideal for healthy cooking as we can cook without fat at low or medium temperatures, ensuring the best results while preserving the nutritional values of the food.

For care and usage instructions:

  • Wash the cookware with hot water, liquid soap, and a soft sponge.
  • Dry thoroughly and coat with butter or oil.
  • Do not heat the cookware while empty.
  • Do not leave them on the heat once their contents have evaporated.

Cast aluminum is a very good heat conductor, and continuous overheating can damage the non-stick surface.

    I have not bought a better frying pan than this one. With minimal oil, you can fry without the food sticking. I particularly liked the lid for quick cooking. As for scratches, they are minimal.

    It is very good but the profile picture confused me. It is a deep frying pan. There is also a shallow one for eggs, etc. I just wanted the lid and I bought this one and I regretted it...

    As a frying pan, it is perfect and it looks very high quality.
