4 stars because the price has gone up. 'Normally' it's around €40.
€40 microphone and it's Shure... Sturdy and very good if you don't have it for professional use, although even there if the demands aren't huge, it does its job very well.
After this, I wouldn't even go for the Shure SM58S (although it's relatively bass-heavy and can work for many) I would go for the Shure Beta 58a. I have 4 of these for live performances and they fit everywhere and for everyone...
Not to ramble, for its price it's a wonderful semi-professional microphone. If it meets your needs, you can buy it with your eyes closed. Especially for ''Karaoke'' systems that don't have many demands, it's more than perfect, maybe even Overkill!

Very good clean sound because I am a singer, my voice sounded very nice on the microphone without interruptions and interference like other lower quality microphones and in combination with my amplifier, the Marshall, the night was simply amazing. I would buy it again and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants it

It is a value for money microphone, as with about 40 euros, someone can buy a Shure dynamic microphone, along with an XLR cable.
I use it for recordings and creating educational videos and the sound in speech 10 feet away from the microphone is very clear.
The only thing it needs is a windscreen, as without it, plosives are heard loudly.

It is a very good microphone that I use professionally and I am very satisfied. The price-quality ratio is excellent!
