Serious dry eye, allergic conjunctivitis, blepharitis.
I have used Refresh, Optofresh Ecto, Hyalovet, Hylopan, Artelac complete, Optofresh.
The 0.35 ml container of Hyalovet provides 8 drops, but as a shape it is not practical and drops are lost.
Around 2 drops will be lost from opening and closing the container, no matter how carefully you do it.
On the first time you open the package, you need to drop 4 drops, because this way the loss of drops is smaller.
By simple mathematics, it is the most uneconomical product among the aforementioned ones, and even Refresh is more effective. Hyalovet did not help me. It does not relieve the burning sensation of dry eye, as you constantly feel the need to instill drops, nor the discomfort of conjunctivitis, nor in blepharitis.
It may help in very mild cases.
On the other hand, Hylopan, which is Hyalovet + dexpanthenol, is extremely superior. For 2-3 euros more, you see the treatment.
For the other products, evaluation is provided separately for each one. Refer to the one you are interested in.

  I would have given it five stars a year or two ago... top-notch but the quantity has noticeably decreased and I see some change happening with the formulation in the new packaging... I still haven't figured out exactly what... I will give it another chance because it was the best I've tried after a long-standing issue with dry eyes and trying everything that exists and doesn't exist... However, the issue of quantity needs to be addressed

  It is expensive and not worth it, it has 20 ampoules and each ampoule produces four drops, if you use it four times a day, one box will barely last you a week... and at a price close to eleven euros, it is too much, there are similar drops in bottles with 10ml that are more cost-effective.

  They might be useful for someone with mild discomfort due to computer use/reading, but definitely not for dry eyes.

  The worst thing I have ever tried. They do absolutely nothing. They have a low content of sodium hyaluronate. Also, each vial has a minimal amount inside, and the whole box only has 20, while at the same time, as a product, it is not at all economical.

  I would not buy them again for any reason, and I cannot understand why they were recommended to me.
