On the first time you open the package, you have to drop 4 drops, because the loss of drops is smaller that way.
Although it is Hyalovet with dexpantenol, it has nothing to do with this terrible product.

When you instill Hylopan inside the eye, the sensation you feel is like ice flooding the eye. It is fantastic, something I have not encountered in other eye products.
It definitely successfully treats serious dry eye, but not conjunctivitis or blepharitis.
