    The best for its price, silent and it's not 1300rpm as it says in the bios, it says 1600rpm max but it reaches 1700rpm, it's 12 volts at 0.20a, the best for their price, it directly reaches the speeds it claims because everything I've had doesn't increase the speeds that quickly, finally when it arrived it had excessive oil, even though I called it good, this means they don't put it with a dropper
