1. Do not place the baby unit inside the crib, nor in a spot where the baby can grab it with their hands. On the other hand, the further away you place it, the more the sound clarity decreases. Conduct tests and place the unit at the farthest point from the child, from where the device can still pick up even the lowest sounds and transmit them clearly.
2. The baby should not be able to reach the device's connection/charging cables. Ensure they do not have access to them.
3. Check if the parent unit goes out of range, runs out of battery, or is on mute or low volume while it is not in your line of sight. The out-of-range or battery replacement/recharging alert functions that many intercom systems have are useful in this regard.

Very good machine. It has good range (at least for as long as we tested/needed it), it captures every sound really well to the point where I am amazed by the microphone's quality and I have to lower the volume to avoid hearing background noise. The camera obviously doesn't have amazing clarity, but in the end, you get what you pay for. The image does its job perfectly (monitoring the child), obviously we didn't get it to do space surveillance. Perhaps the only negative thing is the really small battery of the device, but personally, we solve this by keeping it constantly plugged in when we need monitoring for a period longer than 1 hour. The device seems durable, but I hope I never have to confirm that! Especially for its price, I highly recommend it, it is truly a very good product and it definitely offers things at an excellent price that other similar (and branded) products might not offer, and you would pay double or triple the price for them.

At first, everything was fine. Then it would charge and last without the cable for 1½ hours. And in the end, it wouldn't charge at all!

The first time I got it 6 years ago for my first child and used it again for 1 year for my second child, but the screen broke and I bought it again because I was satisfied and after so many years I did not find anything else economical and reliable
I have had it for 8 years already and the only thing that happened is that the battery broke because I constantly had it on the charger. (logical). It still works, it's just that the battery runs out immediately when I unplug it from the charger. As for the rest of the features, what the manufacturer says is true. Good picture and sound, etc
Don't buy it! Poor image quality and loses signal everywhere. In an 85 square meter house, it loses connection at 3 meters. There are much better ones, even at jumbo
The worst product ever!!! It doesn't hold, the screen doesn't open on its own in motion, it loses signal within a distance of five meters. Poor materials. The charging transformers broke twice in three months of use. I sent it for replacement and the new one they sent me only worked for three months. The device wouldn't charge!!!! Buy any other device except for this one!!!!
Brand new device, it hardly catches any signal anywhere! I live in a maisonette, and it doesn't even catch on the upper floor! It's a terrible picture, you can barely make out the baby's position. I don't recommend it, I just wasted my money, and I'm going to buy another one. Stay away, there are other more reliable options for the same price.
It is the second time we bought the same camera (the fool's mistake does not belong to a wise man) and once again it presented malfunctions within just one month of use. Sometimes it doesn't show any image, other times the sound gets blocked, and sometimes everything gets blocked! In no case is it worth its money. In fact, we would like to ask for our money back.
As for quality, it is value for money, but the chargers burn for fun, so what can you do..
In the first 5 days, both power cables burned out and the device doesn't work anymore, so it's a waste of money.
From the beginning, I thought I had chosen well, but in the end, it's not worth the money. The first time I used it, the charger broke after three weeks, and now for the second time, the monitor is malfunctioning and the signal is not good. The only good thing is that the store replaced it for me the first time and sent me a new one.
Well, it's value for money. It lasted a year of intensive use. Now you can't go anywhere without the charger and suddenly the screen may shut down while you're using it. But so far, it worked perfectly. Clear picture and clear sound, just with a few seconds delay. It's a small monitor that fits in the palm of your hand. The night vision is truly incredible. You could see everything without any light. The charging cable is quite long, so it can reach everywhere.
We have had it for 2 years, it has made its money and still works. The battery quickly stopped charging, and from the beginning it did not have a long duration without a charger!
For the money, it is good! The camera has good clarity even in the dark! It captures sounds quite well! As for the negatives, I would mention the battery that doesn't last long and the connection cuts off for a few seconds occasionally! And I'm coming back 2 months later! It doesn't work, it says "connecting" and it doesn't connect to anything!!
The product is not playable, buy it without fear! In an 80 square meter house, it has full signal everywhere, even in the garden. It has a clear image even in night mode, without light in the room. Its microphone transmits any sound it captures! The temperature indication satisfies me, I compared it with a serious room thermometer and saw differences from 0.4 to 1.2 degrees Celsius, which is fully acceptable for €35! The camera and monitor are of average to good quality. I have everything for my child, image-sound-temperature-time, all on the little monitor! It has several settings and its battery should last for more than 3 hours (how can you stay away from the baby for longer anyway?). Both chargers have long cables, so it's great! Finally, the camera has two slots on its base if you want to mount it on a wall. I preferred it over another branded product, more expensive and without an image, I would buy it again even if it was more expensive! It has been tested three years ago at my christening and it was perfect then. I have a slight reservation because I couldn't find anywhere if it emits "safe" radiation for the baby. A very good purchase!

Sturdy construction and good image quality both during the day and at night. The motion sensor is average and sometimes fails to detect movements, but this may also depend on the camera's positioning.
On the downside, the device's battery is quite small and requires frequent charging. The camera's speaker for talking to the child is terrible and the distortion is so bad that it can be frightening, so we don't use it. Finally, if you play music on the camera, you can hear it on the monitor as well, and you have to lower the monitor's volume so as not to drown out the sound, resulting in not being able to hear the child if they are crying.
The wireless connection it has operates on a frequency of 2.4GHz, which is the same as WiFi, so there is a high chance that it may cause problems with the wireless in your home.
With the new modems that have a frequency of 5GHz, if you connect to that frequency, you are okay as it does not affect it.
If purchased solely for monitoring the baby and the additional features are not used, and the price does not exceed 35 euros, I would recommend it
Very good camera for its price.
3 stars because the monitor broke within a week, so we have to constantly have it plugged in otherwise it doesn't have battery and shuts down.
Also, we live in a relatively small house with two floors and when we are upstairs, it doesn't reach downstairs where the children are.
The camera creates a serious problem with the house's Wi-Fi, which emits electromagnetic radiation on its own. Even more so a device that manages to block its signal. I'm just guessing. Also, the microphone of the monitor makes a lot of noise all night long. But you get what you pay for.
It does what it is intended for. Especially if you consider the price. However, when the camera is active, all the WiFi devices in the house malfunction. It makes me worry about the emissions it produces above the baby.
It has range in separate floors of houses, it is user-friendly but it doesn't have great resolution! Nevertheless, it does its job and it is a decent economical solution!
Clear picture, very good range, easy to use. And just when you think you made the perfect purchase, you increase the volume and get disappointed. There is a constantly annoying tuning sound, which especially at night forces you to decrease the volume to a minimum, making the device almost useless.
It does its job well, the only negative thing I could say is its battery life
I didn't expect it, to tell the truth, but for its price, it is very high-quality. I bought it for around 40 euros. It is very easy to use, you just plug it in. It goes through a 60 cm stone wall plus an additional internal partition, and its performance is uninterrupted. It has a good speaker and easily detects sound. I am monitoring an elderly person who needs care. I am very satisfied and I recommend it.
Two days ago I bought it, everything is fine, but now I find it unacceptable that it doesn't have a Greek manual and the English one is very incomplete.
I have it for 10 months... it has fallen down about 10 times and it hasn't suffered any damage. Clear image. Battery capacity is average but it has a long cable and charges quickly. It is permanently plugged in at night and everything is fine. It's great for its price
I had the previous model and I bought a second one for my second baby. There have been upgrades to the operating system which are positive (the sound closes so you don't hear the buzzing but opens with the slightest touch) as well as the screen being brighter and better night vision, but also the elimination of the silly sound on/off (meaning who hasn't forgotten and woken up the baby trying to open/close the device + candles). Its major flaw is that the connection is lost out of contact, as the saying goes, while the older model plays at idle (2 walls in between), the new model seems to be trying every half minute because it loses the connection. You had one job... as the saying goes again.
In 4 months, one power supply broke and I am forced to use the other one to charge the screen during the hours when the child is not sleeping. It's not convenient at all.
The date/time gets reset every time.
The temperature doesn't accurately respond to the prevailing conditions.
I won't even write about the battery.. the previous reviewers have already said it all.
4 stars because when I turn it on, it interferes with my internet, maybe it messes up my access point. But other than that, everything is fine. I'm coming back because it stopped connecting after a few falls.
Positive: I really can't understand why someone would pay double (or even triple) the price for an intercom when you can do your job with this one! Good image and response.
Negative: The only downside is its short battery life (about 3 hours) with the screen on and the fact that the camera needs to be constantly plugged in (it's not a standalone unit), but these are minor flaws considering the money you're paying.
After less than a month, the charging cable broke. Luckily, I had another one from a different device, so it's not a big issue for me.
It does what it promises, has good range, and very good sound with little noise when the microphone captures low levels of noise and is activated by the vox mode. Its construction is very good for the money, I would say. I don't give it 5 stars for two reasons: firstly, the camera doesn't close somehow when the monitor is turned off and it continues to function. And secondly, and very importantly, it interferes with the WiFi signal in my house. It is probably on the same frequency. We are talking about a significant loss, from 24 Mbps it drops to as low as 6 Mbps as soon as I activate it! If I find a solution, I will inform you.
The camera is very good. However, it lacks sensitivity to sound and this is very important!! I have to constantly look at the camera to know what is happening!
