I don't know if it's the construction or the batch, but it stopped working after a month of use. Due to the price, I didn't get a replacement because I would waste more time trying to contact the company than to just get a new one.

The worst purchase I have ever made.
It is not worth even 10€. Initially, sterilization is delayed too much. 2) It constantly collects salts even though the water I use is bottled. After three months of use, in order for it to work, I now have to first put vinegar with water, wait half an hour for it to work, then wash it and then put the bottles for sterilization.
Do not buy it because you will regret it.

Very good for the use we made (not continuous). Now we use it as a steamer and it is very convenient. Overall, for its price, it is superb!

If I could give zero stars, I would! Unacceptable!! It's better to spend a little more and get something better! From the first uses, it started leaking water from underneath, constantly throwing the relay, we constantly cleaned it from salt and it would release black pieces. But the worst part was that when we put water in the center, it would lose and draw it from underneath, and at best, the sterilization would stop as if it was finished since it couldn't hold the water on top, and at worst, it would throw the relay! It drove us crazy and in the end, it burned out in four months!!

One of the worst sterilizers. Cheap construction easily collects salt and is difficult to clean, while the Avent one that was lent to me cleans easily and collects salt less frequently. Overall, choose something else, even if it costs a few extra euros, otherwise you will pay double for it. The resistance also broke and it leaked moisture into the current, causing the relay to trip with every use, so it didn't suit me at all

After replacing it with a new one and it was still leaking water from the bottom, the second machine broke after 10 days of use, this time with a problem with the front button. Waste of money. There is no worse product. Completely useless. The service in Bulgaria (where the company is based) is unacceptable. They asked for photos of the machine leaking water from the bottom. It's laughable

It is not fast. It broke after four months, it doesn't accelerate. Also, it is not BPA free. To avoid

After the first month, we had to press the button multiple times for it to start functioning, and after 3 months, it doesn't work at all.
Useless.

Fast. Fits all bottles. On the back, it has an additional switch/safety which is useful if you have other children who press any button they find in front of them.

After a month of use (and after cleaning it every 3 days), it started releasing small black pieces at the water outlet!! It seems like it's grinding some dye substance. So we stopped using it.
My advice: skip it, there are better options specifically at this price.

It was the first sterilizer I bought since it was cheap. However, it didn't last even 24 hours, maybe we got a defective product. In its first operation without the bottles, it worked fine although the plastic smelled at first. Then, with the bottles, the sterilization process was slow and the plastic continued to smell, and in its second and last operation, it simply stopped working. The resistance burned, the power button did not make contact with the resistance, and sparks were emitted every time the device was closed. The next day, we returned it to the store where we bought it, and their technician confirmed the issue, so we bought another sterilizer from a different brand with store credit. As mentioned above, I probably got a defective product, but when I needed it, it seemed that it didn't live up to its capabilities.

It is flawless and easy to use. The only thing that requires attention is the frequent cleaning with vinegar for limescale. I did it once a day to be sure and used only demineralized water. In the first few days, I hadn't cleaned it with vinegar, resulting in the sterilization stopping after 3 minutes, and I didn't realize it immediately because I would start it and leave the kitchen. So unfortunately, there were times when the sterilization didn't happen correctly, and I didn't realize it... However, if used with demineralized water and regular cleaning with vinegar, it works like new even after months!
