Classic quality Makita, but after 2 years the automatic switch broke and I am forced to constantly press the trigger. This is a major downside for long hours of work. Of course, as for the impact, it is just a machine gun, the HK-11!!

I have it for a week, I have used it twice for a short period of time. It doesn't chew anything. You don't feel any vibrations in relation to its power, it doesn't tire you at all. If you want something powerful to demolish and at the same time rotary, I think you don't have a second choice. I recommend it 100%. I am very satisfied.
*Put a suitcase on it to withstand, it will be left in our hands. It's a shame for such a tool

I bought it for professional use. The definition of the tool for every professional who wants impact and rotation. I haven't tried it in pure impact because I haven't needed to break anything yet. After communication between the official representative and the company, they came to my place for a demonstration. Unfortunately, they only had the smaller model (HR4013C), which seemed pretty good to me, but their employee suggested that I buy the larger one (HR52212C) because I wanted to drill large diameter holes in concrete (ideally 70 mm). Its only negative is the packaging. Literally, this case cannot support the weight of the tool. A very "cheap" choice from Makita.

I have had the tool for almost three weeks.
First impressions: The fact that the carrying case has plastic fasteners is a negative. A 12-kilogram tool, which, together with the drills and chisels, exceeds 15kg, requires a more durable case that can withstand rough handling.
Positives: Build quality. Very low vibrations, considering its power. Power. Excellent ergonomics, with the two side handles it has and its compact dimensions.
The most impressive feature is its price. At €783.00, which I bought it for from an authorized reseller (which means a 3-year warranty), IT HAS NO COMPETITION. Even older technology tools from other companies are sold for €100-200 more, without being better as tools. Bravo to Makita's representation and the stores that decided to sell it at the prices it is sold in the rest of Europe.
*I reserve the right to update my review when I have used it more and can draw more accurate conclusions.
