It is the point where the iron extension connects with the plastic exterior of the base, which is obviously the sensitive point, and now the headphones are practically useless... Unacceptable for headphones that cost 40 euros.

Good build quality, good sound, and good microphone. The "headband cushion" helps a lot to make it more comfortable on the head. The only drawback for me is the "bulky" flat cable. It would be more convenient if it was thinner.
