Really very good kitchen machine, for a year and a half I use it almost daily only for doughs, of course I never exceeded the allowable limits that the Company gives for flour capacity and I even put less flour without straining it too much, stable on the counter I would say it does not need suction, it is really a very good purchase. It's worth the money.
Maybe the best purchase I have ever made in a kitchen mixer. Very elegant externally. All metal - you lift it and you realize that you have something "heavy" in your hands. It really is a gem in my kitchen. It is easy to clean and very powerful as a motor. It doesn't "sound" as much as other Kenwood mixers. I haven't tried it with dough yet, but I don't think I will have any particular problem. I don't find it particularly large in terms of volume. As a pastry chef by profession, I have been very satisfied so far.
The only negative thing I find is that it doesn't suction to the counter, so I don't know how it will behave with a dough - if it will move... We'll see :)
If you get it, get it with the 6 lt bucket, it's worth it
