It is unfortunate that there are so many negative comments about leaks: simply press the lid well when securing it to close completely. Clever, right? It is also written in the brochure that accompanies it, which no one seems to read based on the many negative comments! Don't forget that satisfied consumers don't always bother to write their positive comments, while dissatisfied ones almost always do, resulting in bad ratings that do not reflect the quality of the product.

The worst choice I could make! From the beginning, it releases steam from the side. I open it several times, take out the rubber, put it back in, and maybe after many attempts, it manages to cook the food!

Also, my mom, mother-in-law, and a friend of ours got the same one and all four of us are very satisfied, it's very good!! At first, it only releases a few drops of water from the sides until it starts to blow, but once it starts blowing, it stops.. I don't consider this as a flaw, I'm just making a small clarification.. It's perfect!!!

Guys, I am very disappointed. Since the day I got it, it keeps malfunctioning. On the first use, it was leaking water from the sides. I called and they told me what I should do to prevent it from leaking (I didn't know I had to take special classes to use it). Later, it started throwing out white rubber buttons. I called again and they told me to send it back. After they fixed it, they told me that those buttons don't really play a significant role in the safety of the pressure cooker and if they come off again, I shouldn't worry and just leave it. I have cooked three times since then and each time it releases steam from everywhere and makes a strange noise. If I knew I would have so much trouble every time I want to cook, I would never have bought it!

A few months after purchase, it starts to have a leak from the rubber. This happens in 2 out of 3 devices that I have bought.

With just one month of use, the pot developed rust stains in various areas both inside and outside! YES, rust stains! Some of them could be cleaned, but some could not! I sent it to the company and their response was that they cleaned it well with a cleaner and new pot was sent back to me. From the moment it developed rust, even if it can be cleaned, it means that something is not right! I can send photos via email to anyone who wants them.
