I have been using this specific cooling-support base for several years now, either with a 15.6'' laptop or with a 13'' one like the one I have at the moment. Some may consider its cost to be expensive, but in the end, its prolonged use proves the opposite.

It is a sturdy and durable construction, with a detachable fan cover (which is a bit difficult to remove) for internal cleaning, and several options for adjustable viewing height.

It provides 4 USB 2.0 ports, 1 mini USB, as well as its power port. The 230mm fan it has (with analog adjustment and illuminated operation indicator) really lowers the processor's temperature significantly (e.g. 27 degrees Celsius at idle / 54 degrees in music editing, I don't know about gaming), and it is also really quiet.

Something that another user noticed and happened to me as well, is that the rubber of the mobile hook support can come off after some time, but with a little glue, the problem is immediately solved.

An important detail (regarding the portable stop) is that the feet (as shown in the product photo) are in the "counter" (upright) position and not in the "plate" (lying) position, which is a very clever and functional factor for the durability and effective support of the computer.

Finally, based on its dimensions, it fits in a 15-inch backpack, and it definitely worth its money for what it offers.

Good evening from me... seeing some reviews, I wonder why some people judge in this way... well... I received the product about 15 days after my order.... the product arrived perfectly packaged and with everything needed for its operation to be inside the package... after previously struggling with other fans that either broke their support legs or caused my laptop to slip off them due to poor ergonomics or didn't do their job well, I decided to buy something more expensive because no matter what, in some things, you get what you pay for.... so I have to say that the fan has incredible construction, it has many support positions so that your laptop can be completely upright, it has very good and, I emphasize, silent operation and the clips that support the laptop to prevent it from slipping are ergonomically designed in such a way that they don't hurt your hands because they close inwards... towards their interior and move left and right, so the support position can be adjusted.... it has several USB ports and, contrary to some descriptions, it doesn't break or easily get damaged... now, if you want to activate the fan or detach it from your laptop and pull it, well... even if it's made of metal, you will eventually break it at some point.... in conclusion, it is a very good product that is not expensive at all for what it offers.... highly recommended.... there are no negatives... except... if you have a 17-inch laptop or larger... there you will lose a bit of space when the support clips open.... I use it on a 15.6-inch laptop and it's simply what you need....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
