I bought on 28-04-20 the model mentioned in the description as INDO. As I saw when I received it, it is the model MADE IN INDONESIA. I have never seen a battery break so quickly.
It worked from early June until late October on a daily basis. During the winter, I maintained it with a charger once a week and took it out on good weather days. In February '21, the battery couldn't hold a charge if I went 4 days without starting the engine. Over time, it died, showing a maximum of 6v even after charging.
No comparison to the Yuasa batteries I knew. Only the name remains

For the Beverly 300 scooter, purchased from a store in Vouliagmeni, after 9 months it gave up and I couldn't believe it since having worked for years in a workshop, I never heard of a battery failing in such a short period.

Today I ordered mine from a store. The kids asked me which machine it is for. I mentioned the brand and they told me to go for the one made in the UK instead of the one from Indonesia that they sell as better. I didn't know about it either, so I'm sharing it with you. I bought the scooter (Beverly 250ie) used in 2011 and it already had a yuasa ytx12-bs battery which lasted until 2018 (7 years!!!!), I replaced it again with a ytx12-bs and it lasted me 18 months (my mechanic told me that's how long they last now), I replaced it again with a ytx12-bs and after 8 months!!!!!!!! it died again, the store told me that motorcycle batteries don't have a warranty. I should mention that the rectifier works properly.
So, no more yuasa batteries for me until they get rid of all the junk that's circulating in the market.

In a Vstrom 650 K8, it lasted a full 10.5 years, and I should mention that the bike also experienced some periods of inactivity of 1-2 months in between, and I never charged it with a charger (that one was made in Japan). So from 03/2008, it left me one day in September 2018, and I bought the same one again, but not made in Japan (maybe Indonesia or China, I don't remember), which today, 27/11/2021, after almost 3.5 years, shows 12.90 V after a measurement I did after 3 days of inactivity. So it's doing just fine.
EDIT: IMPORTANT for it to last long, as a friend said, the initial activation and charging should be done correctly. I got it completely sealed and activated it myself. With appropriate protective measures, mainly for the eyes, you pour the ready vials (which are in order) with oxygen and simply place the cap on the holes without sealing it for 2 hours so that the reaction occurs and the Volts increase, and then you close the cap and charge it with a very slow charge until fully charged. If you buy it ready from a workshop, they pour the oxygen, seal it immediately, and charge it hastily, so the battery comes with a reduced lifespan from the first moment.

Final update 28-08-2024. I had replaced it 6 months ago (February 2024) because due to my mistake, I had locked the bike in the parking position, resulting in the lights staying on and it dying for the first time last year. Later, since I recharged it, I had revived it again on a small island where I stayed for a month for work, and I started it 10-15 times in a row for distances of 200-300 meters, and it didn't have time to recharge, resulting in it dying for the second time.
From then on, it could handle 1-2 starts in a row but no more (maybe in the summer it could handle more), so I replaced it, but it still holds a satisfactory charge, and I have it for various experiments in the warehouse with lights, small motors, etc.

29-12-2023: I return to inform that today the battery went off, lights turned on etc but it didn't start with the starter! Overall, in the last month with the first strong cold I heard it struggling so this was probably it! The battery lasted just under 4 years with occasional use. For now I have charged it and it works as before, now I just have to see how much longer it will last!
08-03-2024: the battery went off again with urban use (3 times/week approx.) so buying a new one is now necessary.
In conclusion, yuasa can last 3 to 4 years with occasional use but with daily use maybe more!

I don't know when it was installed exactly before I bought the machine, so I can't say for sure how many years it can last, at least 2 years for me with almost daily use and who knows how many before.
