Nevertheless, it comfortably warms you without causing burning or discomfort. The build quality is very good and its exterior cover is very soft. I cannot comment on any potential issues because I just started using it. Excellent choice for its price. It's worth its money. I highly recommend it.

When you buy a heating pad, you want it to actually heat up. It takes too many minutes to reach the maximum temperature. Too many. The heating pad on the 3rd level barely warms up, if at all. Probably not at all. You might not even notice it if you're wearing two layers of clothing. In other words, in order to feel a slight warmth, it needs to be applied on bare skin. Measured with a heat sensor, the maximum temperature it reaches is 21-22 degrees Celsius. I know that in recent years, higher temperature specifications have been imposed on heating pads and mattress toppers for safety reasons, but in this particular case, we're talking about a minimum temperature to the point where you consider the product defective. Conclusion. The heating pad is not useful since it does not heat up as reasonably expected from a heating pad. Therefore, it does not do its job.
