I bought it to help an elderly person who doesn't turn on lights at night when moving (!!). On the first day of operation, it worked perfectly with satisfactory light and good detection range. Now on the second day, it started not turning on even in complete darkness. I thought it was burnt out. I don't know why and if this particular one is defective, but in the end, it still turns on even in complete darkness... whenever it wants.
