This book aims to contribute to the proper preparation of second-year high school students for the new course Introduction to the Principles of Computer Science. Adapted to the increased teaching needs, it constitutes a structured proposal for the teaching and examination of the course. It is organized into lessons, which follow the order of the chapters of the school textbook.
Specifically, each lesson includes:
· Presentation of the material with questions - answers
· Model solved exercises, so that the student can understand the method of developing algorithms
· Topics for solving (closed and open type)
· Hourly evaluation criteria
Two-hour evaluation criteria follow for the entire examinable material according to the evaluation guidelines for the written promotion exams. The book is completed with the answers to all the questions and exercises of the school textbook, as well as the answers to all the topics for solving and the evaluation criteria.
