1st) The Optimum brand is very good in both proteins and other supplements with many references in articles and awards for good manufacture and testing by 3rd party laboratories for their quality.2nd) Micronized Creatine is easier for the body to absorb and utilize. Additionally, it does not cause bloating and water retention that monohydrate creatine can cause, which many people who use monohydrate creatine have told me.
3rd) The price at which it was purchased, 22 euros, is very good value for money.
P.S. In general, after using it for 2 weeks, I have noticed improvements in fatigue and strength at the gym, nothing significant but it helped. Let's not forget that it is a simple dietary supplement (amino acids).

Did you find this review helpful?It does what it promises and more. In combination with Scitec Nutrition's whey and a marginally sufficient diet, along with daily exercise, I have gained almost 7kg in a month. There is a noticeable difference during exercise and in recovery.
On the negative side, the solubility is not perfect, as sometimes there are some residue particles left in the shaker, although to a negligible extent. Additionally, the huge increase in price to €32 at the moment could also be considered a negative. Around €25-26, the price is definitely more attractive and closer to products of similar quality from other companies.
