So far, I haven't had the slightest problem. I use it for work from home, which means it works for over 12 hours a day. I connect 2 laptops: Dell and Lenovo.
Perfect professional tool. It has everything I needed and works flawlessly every day since I got it. Not like the much cheaper Ugreen I had before, which constantly had problems.
I have been struggling for years with my USB hub and a bunch of accessories, and some of them worked and some didn't. Luckily, one day I woke up and got the docking station, and everything calmed down, everything works simply and nicely. If you have more than one monitor and peripherals like cameras, keyboards, etc., don't think twice about it
[M1 to 2 monitors]
I bought it with the purpose of connecting my MacBook Pro M1 2020 to 2 2K 160Hz monitors and it works great.
Unfortunately, the 160Hz is not utilized, I don't know if it's a limitation of the M1 or the Dock.
To utilize the 2K resolution on both monitors, one monitor needs to be connected with HDMI and the other with DisplayPort, otherwise if both monitors are connected with HDMI, the resolution is at 2048x1152.
You will also need a USB C (male) to USB A (female) cable to connect the Dock to the laptop.
Finally, the installation of the DisplayLink driver is necessary (you can find it with a google search), which allows the M1 to output to 2 monitors.
I haven't experienced any lag between the 2 monitors, it feels native, the temperatures of both the laptop and the dock are extremely low, neither of them is under any strain and everything works beautifully.
Very powerful docking station. It connects to the device via USB3.0 (I have tested it on a laptop and a very old netbook). It has a plethora of ports, it is very stable, and it is really small in size. After many months of use (again, on two different computers, with different peripherals connected to it), the only problem I have seen is that sometimes (I would say once every two weeks) it momentarily loses a peripheral - usually a mouse.
Very powerful universal docking station with 2x HDMI, network, and 6x USB (2 of which are for charging). I got it to connect my Surface Pro 6 to 2 27-inch monitors, works great with DisplayLink, no lag on the display. Easy to move around, only the charger is big for its size (half the size of the device), very satisfied with its daily use.
