I use it for coffee and frothed milk. It takes 2 hands to do the job. In this sense, there are more user-friendly options. For this use, it is sufficient, as long as it does not exceed 30" of continuous operation. It has a 2-year warranty, and somewhere around that time it may start having issues. Replacement is easily done by the purchasing store, with a new one. It has happened to me twice in the past, and now the warranty of the third one in a row has expired, which is now worn out and noisy. Nothing special, just like its price, which is around €20.

I bought it twice.
The first time, the first speed level initially stopped working and after two years, it started smelling, emitting smoke, and ended up in the trash.
I bought the same one 2 months ago and now one of the two blades (the bottom one) came off from the axis of rotation.
It was convenient for making frappes, but it doesn't handle durability well.

very bad frappe maker as essentially the 2 speeds it has are very close together and both are very fast resulting in no option to use a lower container other than its own or one of similar height. If you want to whip for example in a glass or another lower container it will become useless! It doesn't have a low speed setting or a slight press to turn it a little.

It has a nice matte finish that makes it not look cheap like many other milk frothers. It is easy to clean and does not leave any stains. The only negative is that you have to hold the container with one hand since it does not have a support base.

Did you find this review helpful?After researching the comments, I ended up with the R-447. The use I make in the frappe maker is purely and only frappe / freddo. If this is also your use, read in detail below.
NEGATIVES:
- The double stirrer in combination with the 'wavy' bottom stirrer create such a strong force that if you hit any liquid in a common water glass, it will spill out. You must necessarily put your coffee in its own large glass and still have a small amount inside (okay for coffees) if you want to avoid the mess.
- The second problem that the stirrers create is that after 3 seconds of hitting on the SMALL scale, the coffee becomes pure foam. You have to flicker the first scale so that the motor does not develop high speed. I, who was used to making my coffee with a hand mixer, made it as I wanted with the right amount of foam. Now I am doomed to make soapy coffee and sit for 10 minutes waiting for the coffee to settle.
- The plastic matte material of the device gets dirty very easily and if coffee spills on it, it is very difficult to clean.POSITIVES:
- Very powerful motor. For coffee, it is stronger than I would like.
- Long stirrerIn the end, I will put it aside at some point and replace it with another one. The coffees I make now are terrible and I can't find a trick to beat them better. Prefer a frappe maker with simple (straight) stirrers or even better with a single stirrer

Did you find this review helpful?The motor, although fast during the week, did something weird as mentioned above, meaning that when you put it on the first level, it feels like the second level. It throws everything, even in its own shaker, and don't even imagine water, it takes 2.5 fingers to mix the coffee, resulting in a paste (I mean frappe only). I will try to find a receipt to have it checked for free due to the warranty, and we'll see again. Apart from that, it is nice in black color, unfortunately they didn't have any other color. For its price, it is worth it, if only it didn't have this issue.
