Review this product
  • Amazing tool. If you follow the measuring guide, the eggs come out just how you want them. It has a spike to pierce them, but don't do it. It's not necessary. Better as they are. If an egg happens to break while boiling, it will be either the egg's fault or because the egg wasn't at room temperature. It's better not to put them directly from the fridge into the pot. I've boiled a lot of eggs and once I had an accident only

Incredible product at a very low price. If you pay attention to the water dosage, you have exactly what it says. I don't know how long it will last, but so far it's flawless.

Stay away to win a lot and not lose your money.
It spills the eggs and fills the space of the boiler and it is difficult to clean.
I never managed to make an egg without the world going bad.
That's why I placed it in the basket of useless

    Expert user

I bought this specific egg cooker because of its price, and I have the following observations:
    1) It automatically turns off when the process is complete! It's incredibly practical, not something that most egg cookers have.
    2) It has an on/off switch, so you can leave it plugged in and simply turn it on with the switch.
    3) It makes a sound like something out of an 80s movie where the world is being destroyed!! It's not bothersome, just a little strange. However, the device has already turned off!
    4) It can hold 7 eggs (if they are large, it squeezes them a bit), boils them correctly, and has a measuring cup and egg piercer.
    5) It is a small device in terms of size, but not very impressive in terms of design.
    6) Tristar offers a 3-year warranty.

For me, it is worth 1000% of its price and is a successful purchase.

    UPDATE
After almost 3 years, I have to say that it is a beast and has boiled 2 eggs per day for 5 months per week for 40 weeks per year for 3 years = 1200 eggs. It has definitely earned its money 1000%.

    UPDATE 2
Unfortunately, the timer broke and it turned off... after all this time, though, I think it's a beast...
