Collector
The collector has a surface area of 2m², capable of producing up to 200 liters of hot water. It is selective, the type most commonly used in solar water heaters in recent years. It has lower heat losses compared to a simple collector, thus providing higher efficiency.
Additionally, it features a special titanium coating, which minimizes thermal losses and offers better performance and greater economy.

Dual Energy
It is dual-energy, meaning it can operate in two ways: with solar or with electric energy. Closed two years of use (160lt). The problem I noticed is that it does not keep the water hot the next day. One day it may have sunshine, without use, the next morning it has hot water only for one person. With an external temperature of 12 degrees at night. If the temperature drops from 10-5 degrees at night, you forget the hot bath in the morning... Maybe the 200lt is better... The build quality seems good superficially.

I recently bought it. During installation, I noticed that the collector's ends did not have fittings for connecting or disconnecting the pipes, so we had to do some soldering. Also, the boiler sits on the base without any support. We had to tie it with a wire rope that was screwed onto the terrace plate. Finally, the horizontal metal brackets (traverses) were longer and had to be cut because they were causing inconvenience. With this hot weather, we have plenty of hot or warm water. Since it is installed in a windy area and in winter there will be ice, I will come back again in a few months.

I installed the 160lt solar water heater with 3sq.m. collectors (1.5×2) a month ago, in November, replacing a Stiebel Eltron due to a leaking boiler after 24 years. With three hours of sunlight and an external temperature of 10 degrees, the water is only hot enough for hand washing. The previous one, with one hour of sunlight and -1 degrees, had hot water and the next morning. Unfortunate choice. I was influenced by the many (positive) reviews. I would prefer to pay more and buy a more efficient one

I installed the solar water heater at the end of August 2019 and now it's May 2020, so I have tested it in both hot summer days and winter with minimal sun.
I am very satisfied with how quickly it can heat up 160 liters of water and also on days when there is no sun, even with minimal sunlight, it can easily provide hot water for a shower and you can also wash your dishes. When there is sun all day, I haven't been able to cool down the water at all, and in the area where I live in Thessaloniki, the tap water is always cold in both winter and summer at the solar water heater's inlet.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the money I invested in the solar water heater because it is an investment until it pays off in the future. As time goes by, if I find something negative or encounter any issues, I will inform the company.
UPDATE: 8/2/23 This week, with nighttime temperatures at 0 degrees Celsius and daytime temperatures at 5 degrees Celsius with sun, the solar water heater performs quite well. You can comfortably take a shower for two people and wash dishes, but I don't know if it will hold up for more than that, I haven't tested it.
