Good product but I would like to be able to disable the blue lighting which, due to the perforated texture of the base, shines everywhere in a dark room. There is no switch, only a pass-through USB port. When you connect it, the fans and LED lights turn on together.

It does have some noise (it has cheap fans after all) but at expected levels.

The base has a convenient tilt, so the only solution is to constantly have it resting on top, and for tasks that do not require cooling, such as watching movies or browsing, the USB can be disconnected to avoid noise/light. For gaming, where cooling is needed (the two large fans do the job), it is recommended to connect it and probably also use headphones because, anyway, a laptop always activates any fan it has due to its demands, so noise is inevitable.

If the lighting had an independent switch and the speed was controlled by a potentiometer, it would be excellent.

One last thing, regarding its dimensions, on a 17'' laptop with a small bezel, where the feet are located more towards the center and not on the edges, it fits perfectly. It is slightly smaller than the surface of a 17'' laptop.

However, this does not make it easy to move. Its thickness is like that of two thin to medium laptops, so the stand will be parked somewhere like furniture, and if there are two locations, for example, home and office, a second one will be needed. It does not fit in the laptop bag as an accessory. It will definitely require a second bag :(

For those who want it for use in bed "to avoid overheating," they might want to look at a different design.

It is a decent product, but as a purchase, it did not impress me.
