It takes up little space in the bathroom, it is beautiful and beautifies the bathroom compared to unsightly plastic bottles with pumps. Now let's get to the basics: it gives you the exact amount you need, neither less nor more. The liquid is thick and smells wonderful. It is cheap, if you compare it to similar products which are very expensive. I bought the first one at a pharmacy for about 8 euros, and after a week, I found the set for 5.80 euros at a well-known supermarket, while just the refill alone costs around 3 euros and something. I believe that it is not cost-effective for a family, especially with small children. I used it while hosting around 6 to 7 people and it lasted me for 3 days, even though Dettol is thicker compared to similar commercial products. I will come back with a new review in the future

Don't think about buying any other device for this price, it may not be the best in its category but it is the most reliable. I had the previous one for 11 years and the only thing I changed was the batteries. Regarding the issue that many people discuss about refilling the bottle (another owner has commented on it very accurately), don't worry. When the bottle is empty, you simply remove it, take a sharp object and lift the white cap from both sides, fill it with any liquid soap you desire, and then snap it back on (don't be afraid it won't break).

1) Correct amount of soap (maybe just a little bit more than necessary)
2) The package includes a 250ml aloe vera soap (wonderful gentle fragrance for the hands)
3) 2 AA batteries are includedAs for the replacements, I got you covered. Searching for videos on YouTube, I found one that was very helpful (although there is another one that would give you trouble, so don't bother and read carefully here).
You remove the lid with a knife WITHOUT teeth carefully from both ends. Then, from the plastic spout (not from the lid, but from the soap), you cut with a knife WITH teeth the two plastic protrusions on the right and left, which basically hold the lid. You add your favorite soap and that's all. Dettol, in order to make you buy their specific 250ml replacement, adds those plastic parts to make your life difficult and prevent you from easily adding soap every time it runs out. However, sometimes these replacements are on sale and in bulk (pack of 3 or 6), which may be a bit more expensive compared to supermarket replacements, but they are truly high-quality.Have a good day, everyone :)

I will come back when I try it. I have drilled a hole in the bottom and attached a screw cap from a milk cream. It works great and fills easily.
