Within a year, the indicator light that shows it provides protection went out

For the cost, the quality of the on-off switch and the USB charger is very below average!!

It has protected me several times from power outages. However, the fact that every time I turn the switch on or off, sparks fly definitely does not give me the safety I am looking for in a surge protector. I would not highly recommend it since there are definitely higher quality surge protectors out there!

I am a very old (and in love) user of APC products, which of course I used to buy blindly. Unfortunately, the power strips - which used to be "rocks" of reliability in the past - have been showing a continuous decline in their quality in recent years (especially in their switches). They seem to come from "last-minute solutions"... From the moment you start using them, the fake sound (click) surprises you and prepares you for something bad to happen soon... Indeed, over time, sparks start to appear, the green LED loses half of its brightness, and that's the end of the power strip.

Already, I am looking for new loves...

In one year of operation, the on/off button started emitting sparks and after a while, there was a buzzing sound when it was turned on. It was replaced with a new one within the warranty. The new one has been in operation for about a month and it has already started doing the same thing as the previous one!! It will need to be replaced soon.

It has not been tested with excessive "interferences" from the power company, nor have I had the chance to "receive" lightning strikes, but it shows quality construction and from what I have tried, the charging from the 2 USB ports is fast and convenient. The plugs you will insert do not need to be pushed down like others.

Excellent product from the top company in the field. Protection from power surges and with the USB ports, you can charge devices that do not have fast charging. Modern mobile phones charge faster with their own charger.

Perfect power strip with an extremely fast USB for charging your mobile phone. It also has a socket to hide the cable, depending on which side the plug is on!

I have it for 2 years with daily use and it always fills the sockets. Extremely reliable and efficient.

Quality plastic, real fast charging, 20-year warranty, convenient tilt. As for whether it provides the promised protection or not, I hope I don't find out.

I have it here for a month. Very good product. The USB ports are 2.4V and charge very quickly. The name of the company alone can guarantee the quality of the product. Highly recommended.

I don't think you can check if it works or if it actually offers something, and I hope I don't have to prove anything.

The on/off button is very good, you can turn everything off and be calm when you're not using it.

And most importantly, USB ports with plenty of amperage for charging mobile batteries (18650) and action cams, they charge very quickly, especially compared to the computer ports day and night.

One positive aspect is the manufacturer's lifetime warranty.

I have purchased it for my television and a network switch, and I connect my Raspberry Pi to one of the USB ports since it outputs 2.4A, which is more than enough, even if you want to connect peripherals such as a keyboard, mouse, etc. It charges my phone quickly for the same reason.

Affordable price, good build quality, well-known brand, simple design, long cable.

The only negative aspect is that the sockets are usually difficult to plug in and unplug. So it is not suitable for frequent plugging and unplugging.

I had received this specific APC power strip as a gift. Since I have other APC power strips, I know that they are the best, at least 100%, in their category. Personally, I consider them to be the best overall in the global market!
