Star Wars: Imperial Assault is a strategy game for two to five players that offers two different games, adventure and battle, in the world of Star Wars to the players.
The game transports players into the galactic civil war, between the Rebel Alliance and the Galactic Empire, after the destruction of the Death Star by Yavin 4. 
The campaign game offers players unlimited troops and resources of the Galactic Empire against a small Rebel group.
In the mission game, players compete against each other in tactical battles. Each player gathers their troops to face their opponents.
