I got it because by removing the sponge from the inside it fits on the nose like a 10ml syringe and you can do washes with terms for babies, children and adults. We use it as a family.
4 stars due to the large opening in the nozzle and the price. Although our baby has relatively large gums for an infant, you have to align it well and make sure the baby doesn't move in order for it to "click" onto the gum and suck. It is indeed soft, as other comments here say, and the included bag has a quality that actually requires some effort to cut it with something and remove the nozzle. The price is somewhat high, with the offer I got it is calculated at €0.50 per piece in a pack of 10. Personally, when I just have a very small amount of mucus, I wash it with warm water and reuse it because it is not always cost-effective to use it only once as recommended.
It fits the baby's nose and has a soft tip that doesn't hurt the baby when we use it
I use it on my little one (4 months old) because she had a cold and was congested, and the doctor recommended it to me so that mucus wouldn't stay in her nose and cause an ear infection. We used a different brand on my niece 6-7 years ago, but I don't remember us sucking and the sponge coming out. With this one, you suck and the sponge goes backwards. One time it went all the way to the bottom, I removed it with tweezers, and also, when you slightly turn the nose, the mucus comes out of the hole
It is a click better than others that are circulating and this is because it is more flexible, thus avoiding possible injury to the baby during use. Of course, it is also more expensive.
If you buy the Chicco bottle sterilizer, purchasing these specific spare parts is necessary.
Opening the nylon packaging of each spare part is difficult.

The packaging is very difficult to open. As funny as it may seem, it is the reality.
Very good product. It really works perfectly and does not hurt the baby's nose.

It should be cheaper.
