As a product, it is excellent. However, it is better to get the other chair that does not rotate the blue one. I had it for years and it was excellent. This one has terrible instability, it does not sit well on the floor and it moves sideways. Generally, though, for those who want abs for waist problems, it is just what they need. You don't need a CD, there are videos on YouTube

I give it 2 stars only because it seems to do some work for the abs, but as a construction, it is very problematic. However, in my box, it did not contain a DVD with exercises or anything, only assembly instructions.

I am the owner of this product for a few days! I use it 2-3 times a day every day for abs and crunches! The good thing is that it does the job because you feel your abs working and it doesn't strain your neck and waist, plus it is very easy to assemble and it also comes with a CD with exercises! The bad things are that when you sit on it, it is not stable, it moves up and down (think of a seesaw) so when you do oblique abs you will have an issue! The side handles constantly move and come out of their position because it only has a safety lock on one side to hold it! One of the cylindrical cushions rubs because they are not properly placed, resulting in imperfections throughout the product in general! I would recommend getting another one with a little more money since I believe you will not be satisfied with this one!
