Recommended Dosage

    It doesn't work miracles, but it does the job. If you need pills for your stomach, it won't cover you on its own. It does the job and it makes sense to get it. In systematic frequent intake throughout the day (morning, noon, and night) along with PPi's and Chios Mastiha, it has medium-term effects. Personally, I saw relief in the esophagus despite the stomach pain.

    Don't take it with meals, take it in between them.
    It causes mild stomach ache and some gas for a few hours after taking it, but I prefer the relief from heartburn and discomfort it provides.
