Description
It consists of the re-release of 2 older editions of the well-known Final Fantasy series, the Final X edition and the Final X-2 edition which is set exactly 2 years after the first. The differences with the original editions of these 2 games are numerous and focus mainly on the graphical aspect with improved character models and textures, improved lighting and shading as well as improved cutscenes. Generally, the entire game has been upgraded from SD to full HD resolution and is played in a 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio.
The re-release is based on the international editions of the originals which had some extras that were not included in the Latin American and European editions, such as the choice of a Sphere Grid, new optional bosses, and new abilities. Additionally, it includes a separate mission (Last Mission) that was only released in the Japanese market, which adds new dresspheres, a monster creation system, the Coliseum (Coliseum), and a new dungeon (Lutyryc Tower).
In the sound department, both games have improved dialogues and the total of 60 music tracks are of better quality.
Finally, Kazushige Nojima wrote Final Fantasy X -Will-, a new episode for the high-definition re-release consisting of a 30-minute audio drama at the end of the titles, featuring new actors and character dialogues. The drama takes place one year after the events of X-2, where no specific event stands out, but it provides information about the lives of the protagonists, while it is purely audio to leave the imagination of the series' fans free.

What can one really say about this gem... I played it for the first time when it was released for Playstation 2, I completed it 5-6 times, then I got it again for Playstation 3 International Version collector's edition and completed it another 4-5 times, and I also got it for Playstation 4 through the PS Store at a discounted price, and completed it another 2-3 times! For fans of the series, it is truly something that should not be missing from your collection!

Because it is a game for the PS2, there may be delayed or different feedback from what you see due to the different type of image transmission on current TVs. It's not a big problem though, unfortunately it's the company's fault for not adjusting it correctly, but it remains an excellent game. I won't go into details due to possible spoilers.

Keep in mind that this is only the third one I have played.
I bought this two years ago. I started it, played a little, but it wasn't the right time for it, so I put it in the drawer for the right moment.
Now, about the game.
What impressed me about the FF games is that even after you finish it, it gives you the ability to continue on the map and complete other missions, increasing the difficulty, of course.
* For its time, it was definitely a revolution, like all FF games.
Combined with X-2, which is the sequel and the story takes place two years later, it is an interesting package, but don't play them back to back. Let some time pass, engage with another game, and then come back to it.* It can certainly be played comfortably today, especially for someone playing it for the first time.

I am mainly talking about Final Fantasy X, but also X-2, even though it can't be compared to the previous one, it offers a more entertaining game and solves the mystery of the end of X. Overall, many hours of gameplay, beautiful graphics, and upgraded with the remastered version, an incredible story mainly in X, and interesting characters. Just see it for yourselves. As for me, who has completed both on the PS2, I will definitely do the same now. It holds sentimental value!
