Very good construction, I use it on a Ryzen 3700X on an Aorus PRO B550. I have it running at 80% constantly but it's not very audible and the temperatures are quite low - a big difference from the AMD Stock CPU Cooler, especially if a second fan is added on top and it plays Push - pull with the air on the fins.

I highly recommend it - Noctua's performance in relation to noise is impressive. It includes thermal paste and anything else someone might need.

Since August, when I have it and cool an r5 1600 at 3.7, I haven't heard a peep. It's high quality, a bit difficult to install on an AM4 socket, but I think it's worth the money. Be careful, if you get it, ask Noctua for the kit to install it on an AM4 motherboard. For the mini ITX case I have, it's excellent if it fits in the height of the case.

EDIT 7/1/2019: After almost 17 months, the Noctua works exceptionally well and very quietly. The only thing I do is blow it every 6 months. I don't regret buying it.

On i7 3770 at 4.6 Ghz, at full load it reaches a maximum of 64 C after 15 minutes of looping.
Amazing quality, amazing performance, and all of this with zero noise. No comparison to liquid cooling where you can hear the pump and the fan...
For those running below 4.5 Ghz, it is the best option.

    Update.
    Intel 7700K
    Z270itx asus strix

At full load, 100% on all cores, it reaches a maximum of 82c (which is a very good temperature considering that 240mm liquid coolers with 2,500 RPM reach a maximum of 70c)
