    I have been using them for about 3 weeks, at first they gave me a lot of energy! Now that they are already in the cupboard in the kitchen, they have started to smell a lot! and they no longer give me energy.. I think I will replace them with other vitamin pills like the "NOW Foods ADAM" because it has vitamin A (beta carotene) and not (retinol) like the Lamberts Multi Guard.. From what I learned, too much Retinol for many years is not good at all, unless you stay within your limits and your doctor told you so. But beta carotene converts to Vitamin A only as much as your body needs, and the excess goes to the toilet

    I've been taking them for 3 days, and half an hour after taking the pill, I start to feel intense nausea and dizziness! A foggy feeling that lasts for hours. And every time I took the pill, the symptoms started 30 minutes later..
    So that's it for me! I'm going back to the vitamins I was taking from another company, and I didn't have the slightest issue! I've never experienced anything like this before!

    Unfortunately, I haven't seen any difference even though more than half of the box is already gone.

    They have a bad smell and taste when I swallow them. I feel nauseous as soon as I open the bottle. The same goes for other Lamberts products. Maybe it's because of the B vitamins. They don't have a suitable coating to avoid it. At least it goes away quickly.
