Hydrofilm Plus® Hartmann transparent adhesive dressing with Hydrofilm Plus® absorbent layer. The transparent membranes with gauze act as absorbent wound dressings and do not stick to the wound. They are made from semi-permeable waterproof polyurethane film with a waterproof core. Their transparency allows monitoring of the area around the wound as well as the absorbency of the dressing. They feature hypoallergenic adhesive material, and can be removed without causing irritation to the wound.
