Pros:
- Hydrates very well and keeps the eye noticeably moisturized for a long time (Thealoz is recommended by ophthalmologists, especially after surgeries).
- Does not blur vision at all.
- The packaging is simple and practical (easy application and a durable bottle that fits in your pocket).

Cons:
- It is one of the more expensive products (however, are they worth the money? I have tried various products and this is one of the best).
- When it is almost empty, it requires a lot of pressure to get the last drops out.

Overall, very satisfied and would buy them again, although I would prefer them to be a bit cheaper.

I think it doesn't deliver what it promises. Two ophthalmologists here in Greece recommended it to me, but it didn't help much with my dry eyes. Doctors I visited abroad told me that hyaluronic acid doesn't get absorbed by the eye, but the surrounding area of the eye. The only difference I noticed was in the skin tone around my eye, which really improved to the point that it brightened my gaze! So, for dry eyes, I recommend another product!

  I have had severe dry eyes at times, from years of contact lens use. These drops are insufficient for serious dry eyes, despite being marketed as suitable for severe dry eyes. They cannot be compared to the Systane purple ones, which are by far the best for severe dry eyes. I will not buy them again..

  I will compare it to the also expensive Tears Naturale. While with Tears Naturale, when you drop the drops you feel relief, many times you feel like it has dried on your eye after an hour. Thealoz is not as intense during use, but afterwards (for example, the next morning), you don't feel like it has left any residue.

  The packaging is a bit difficult to use in terms of understanding how much pressure to apply to make the drop fall and when it is close to running out.

However, I can't say that I was thrilled in terms of hydration and combating dryness. Okay, it's a decent product, it doesn't irritate the eyes, it's a reliable company, but it didn't provide me with real hydration and revitalization. Especially someone who works on the computer for hours really needs it. I have tried other brands and comparatively they hydrate better than Thealoz Duo. Also, recently the price has become excessively high. So for now, I won't choose them again.

  UPDATE. I had laser treatment for myopia, which means that dry eye became 5 times worse in the first 2 months. The drops really help a lot thanks to the hyaluronic acid they contain, and they keep the eyes moisturized for a long time compared to regular drops.

  For years, I have been suffering from dry eye due to both dryness and contact lenses, and they really saved me. Whether I wear contact lenses or not, they do a great job, but especially with contact lenses, the eye is immediately "refreshed". Of course, you need to use them 5-6 times a day to see the difference and keep the eye moisturized.
