Ecological rye flakes with cocoa from the Latvian family brand MILZU is a product that contains whole grain rye flour and added whole grain oat flour with a high content of beta-glucans and dietary fiber.

Notable is also the large amount of protein (14 g per 100 g) and B vitamins (B1, B2, B5, B6), which are responsible, among other things, for energy release and regulation of the nervous system.

Additionally, the flakes are characterized by a high content of zinc, magnesium, iron, and phosphorus, and the cocoa present in their composition is rich in copper, chromium, calcium, and polyphenols, which have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
