EXTRALINK PLC 1:4 0.9 mm fiber optic splitter with SC/UPC connectors. Fiber optic splitters are used in FTTH networks, where the Internet is provided to customers via optical fibers, carried out from the server room to the customer device without changing the transmission medium.

This technology requires the signal to be distributed to customers without the use of additional active devices. The PLC splitter has a symmetrical power split of 1:4 with plugs at both the input and output. The compact steel box housing allows for easy installation in distribution boxes and fiber optic joints.

The splitter is built on a thin 0.9 mm pigtail cable, facilitating its arrangement in various types of organizers. The product is packaged in blisters to prevent cable tangling.
