I bought this product after having issues with dry scalp and itching on my head. The choice was made after the positive reviews I read on Skroutz. I know the brand but have never used their products in the past. I can't say that the problem has been solved, but I see improvement. The itching has decreased, which was the most annoying thing I had. It lathers well and the smell is not unpleasant. I use it twice a week

Now I went to a dermatologist.. the instructions are, first wash with regular shampoo scrubbing and rinsing to remove the flakes and scales, second wash with medicated shampoo to leave it for 4-5 minutes and if needed a 3rd wash... Shampoo, alternating 3-4 different ones like VICHY DERCOS PSOLUTION, the next VICHY DERCOS for dandruff and oily hair, 3rd day the IONIL (tar-based), 4th day the BIODERMA NODE DS and then 1 day nothing to let the scalp rest... also the ADVANDAN lotion helps, not for me, I prefer the BETNOVADE liquid but it's for 1-2 times a week.. also FINICORTE and BETNOVADE ointments.. seborrheic dermatitis requires a PROGRAM, know that for example Echinacea worsens it or CLA, whenever I took it I got much worse. When you see something and it dries out your scalp, reject it, go for another one, for example, BIONATAR, DUCRAY KELUAL, FUNGORAL etc. do nothing for me, they make it worse, while others help. I hope I helped you guys even a little... There is no definitive cure for the condition, you live with it, you just keep it under control.

I am using it for the first time and started using it to prevent scalp psoriasis (only dandruff/flakes) before it reaches the painful stage with inflammation, itching, and irritation. With just three uses, the flakes were removed and the scalp cleared up. Initially, I used it with every wash and now I will use it once a week for prevention, in between my regular shampoo. We wet the scalp, it lathers well, and we let it sit for at least 3-4 minutes, if possible even longer. It smells nice, takes care of the hair, and leaves it soft and lightweight. What else could one ask for!
