I am facing intermittent sound within range, I don't know what's wrong, ergonomically good, but not suitable for elderly due to small keys.

Beautiful phone, decent menu, very low sound when someone calls you, but the sound of the base is satisfactory. Without the base, you can't hear it unless you have it next to you.
The speakerphone is extremely loud and that's why I'm glad I bought it. The user manual is only in German. Unacceptable. However, I found it in English online. If someone calls you and you don't answer, the answering machine comes on in German and confuses people.

Excellent phone, with large illuminated buttons and very good sound quality with a choice of 6th (much louder) volume level for the elderly or people with hearing problems.

It has many ring tones, its menu is very user-friendly and it even has 2 display options (large letters or regular), it can also display a screensaver with a clock when not in use, but although it is colored, it does not have wallpapers, only a white/black background.

Also, if paired with another phone on the same base, it activates a hold function with the "house" button and the caller can listen to music, and even better than previous/economical models, creating a small 1-line telephone center.

Finally, because the headset is an HX model, it can also work on a gigaset IP base with all its features, as well as on a fritzbox, where you can even add a number to the Fritz directory from the headset (something that few third-party devices can do).

I bought this phone because it says it has large buttons and I imagined that it would also have a large menu. I got it for my parents so they can see the calls well, but unfortunately it may have a large screen but the numbers on the calls are small, they are not on the entire screen. I do not recommend it, I wish I could return it. Also, the sound volume is not satisfactory.
