Matcha tea from the company Mary Rose contains 135 times more antioxidants than regular green tea, as we consume the whole leaf of the tea and not just the infusion. After harvesting the tea, it is ground, resulting in a fine, light green powder. One cup of Matcha tea contains three times more caffeine than a cup of regular tea.
